Went here for the first time tonight with my daughter, who is very picky when it comes to food, even pizza! Got the cheese lovers pizza, And I was blown away that my daughter actually ate a full slice of pizza which she has never done before from any pizza place! I was shocked. And then I tried some myself and I understood why bc it is absolutely delicious. Tasted like homemade pizza, not the chain crap that’s over greased and overrated. I can’t wait to try their other types of pizza! Definitely found our new favorite pizza place! And the staff are so sweet and kind and you can tell they care. I’d rather support a local place like this than a chain pizza restaurant any day. And the atmosphere is cute it reminds me of the pizza places that I used to go to downtown Vancouver where I lived for years, With the cute random stuff on the wall, including kids drawings, photos, etc. Definitely makes you feel like it’s a real family run business and that they care about their food! Delicious!
This is a great pizza restaurant! While I've never eaten there in person (I've always gotten delivery) the fact that they can do cool stuff like half-meat-lover's, half-cheese-lovers is absolutely fantastic! I do wish that the toppings were a bit cheaper. With 2.50 a topping, it's easy to rack up a big bill fast. However, when I asked for a LOT of anchovies, I got it! I strongly recommend Pizza Mia for all your pizza needs, and more!
Had some of the best and largest pizza I've had in Nanaimo! Definitely now our go to! Loved that they didn't smother our wing in sauce and make them soggy!

The pizza is really tasty, absolutely my favorite place to get pizza. I Enjoy being able to get pesto sauce instead of tomato. The Nachos are pretty yummy too. It's very quaint inside the store as well, and the staff are polite. I've had nothing but great experiences ordering from Pizza Mia.
My brother recommended this place when I was visiting in Nanaimo. Great value for the price. I love the option to have pizza well done, it’s the best way!
One of my favorite pizza places in town just gave me another reason to love them. Did you know that some pizzas are made so solid and well put together that if you drive away with your leftovers in two small pizza boxes on the roof of your car and they fly off and hit the road they will be absolutely fine and no toppings will fall off or anything? I've always loved this pizza, they're crust and cheese and sauce ratio is always perfect and slightly crispy always perfectly cooked! But now I love Pizza Mia even more.
Enjoyed our pizzas and cheesy bread very much. Very flavourful! Will definitely order again next time we’re in town.
